Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?

Amazing stay in Pedregal! Great views, amenities, and service. This property had everything our group needed during our stay. The chef was attentive and very accommodating, and the cleaning staff was excellent! The team was also very easy to communicate with and quick in responding to our questions. I would definitely like to stay here again—highly recommend this property!
