Pedregal Beach is private, beautiful, and perfect for walking and relaxing. However, swimming is not recommended due to strong tides and waves. Medano Beach, a 5-7 minute drive away, offers a lively atmosphere with restaurants, bars, and safe swimming. - House Staff & Availability:
The entire staff is included in the cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee. Guests only need to provide a grocery list and pay for the items requested. The VIP staff will take care of everything, ensuring it is ready upon arrival. - Concierge Services:

- Noise Policy: After 9 pm, Pedregal has a no-noise policy (no loud outside music).
- Events: No events without prior written approval. Guests cannot exceed the original number specified in the Rental Agreement (an additional fee applies for each guest over 14).
- Community Rules: Guests must adhere to all community rules, such as respecting the noise ordinance and security guards.
- Damage Reporting: Any existing damages (prior to rental) must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
