Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?

Couldn’t of imagined a better stay. The head chef and bartender spoke perfect English and are from El Toro, one of the most expensive restaurants in Cabo. There was no reason to leave the house for food, you won’t find better. The views are better than the photos and the staff and house were absolutely amazing.

We had a group of 11 girls, and the chef provided the most wonderful meals. The cleaning was taken care of perfectly, and it was spotless. The drivers were always on time and ensured our pick-ups and drop-offs were safe. Lastly, the coordinator was very helpful in organizing everything for us. We will most definitely come back again and only stay at this Airbnb.
