Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

Awesome stay stay Casa Texas
Came out from California with the family for my niece’s birthday. Had a great stay at Casa Texas. The house and views are amazing but Chef Bryan and Roberta really made it.
Chef Bryan was on it the whole time. Great food. Always made sure we were taken care of.
Roberta kept everything clean and easy. Made the whole trip feel relaxed.
Would definitely come back and would ask for Bryan and Roberta again.

I had a wonderful time at a beautiful house called Casa Texas. I was there with my family and it became one of the best trips I’ve had. The food was so good. Chef Bryan was there every day cooking the most delicious meals. He was always smiling and so kind. Very nice person.
Roberta, the housekeeper, was also wonderful. Everything was so clean and she was very helpful. It made me very happy not to worry about cleaning anything.
I loved the whole experience and I’m so glad my kids brought me to Casa Texas.

Incredible way to celebrate my daughter’s birthday
Casa Texas is an incredible place for a high-end vacation in Cabo — beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.
What really made the stay stand out, though, was the team. Chef Brian was outstanding — every meal was delicious and felt like something you’d get at a great restaurant. It made everything so easy not having to plan or go out.
Roberta was also fantastic. The house was always spotless and perfectly organized, and she handled everything so smoothly without ever being intrusive.
Their level of care and attention to detail made the whole experience feel effortless. We were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment. Would definitely come back again.

Chef Brian was incredible. Every meal was top-notch and honestly better than most restaurants we tried in Cabo. He made the whole experience feel super personalized and easy.
Roberta, the housekeeper, was just as amazing. The house was always spotless, everything taken care of, and she did it all so seamlessly.
Between the two of them, we didn’t have to think about anything — just relax and enjoy. Truly next-level service. Would 100% come back.
