Kapital is the late downtown club on the upper floor of Plaza Aramburo—open-air terraces, purple neon, and a crowd that stays after the first-stop rooms close. Hip-hop and electronic run the decks from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am. This is the Cabo San Lucas club, not the Mexico City venue of the same name.
