Cabo 360 Rooftop is the highest bar in Cabo San Lucas, perched on the ninth floor of Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa on Médano Beach. Infinity pools flank the terrace, hand-crafted pergolas and string lights set the room, and the view runs all the way around—Land’s End, the marina, and the Sea of Cortez.
It works as easily at lunch as it does after dark. The kitchen and bar run from 9:00 am, closing at midnight Sunday through Wednesday and at 2:00 am Thursday through Saturday, when DJs and dancing take over. Craft cocktails, a full food menu, and an adult, dressed-up crowd make it the sunset table that can become the whole night.
