Wow, where do I even begin? This place exceeded all expectations! Celebrating our anniversary with four other couples here was an absolute blast. Bryan, Kir, and Roberta were phenomenal hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The guys went on a fishing trip and came back with so much fresh fish which Bryan & Kir transformed into several mouthwatering dishes for dinner—seriously, sooooo good! Vale and Mike were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and more. The combination of the amazing staff, the stunning house, and the wonderful company made this trip one of the best we’ve ever had. We’ve made long-lasting memories that we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for an extraordinary getaway, look no further—this place is perfect!

Absolutely Amazing Stay – A Hidden Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be something special. The views were simply breathtaking — whether you were sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, every angle offered something beautiful. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise. The hospitality was top-notch. Everyone we encountered was so gracious, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, which made the entire experience that much more memorable. The cleaning staff were prompt and efficient. And the food — wow! Every meal Kir and Bryan made meal was a highlight in itself. Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Whether it was breakfast with a view or a cozy dinner, the quality and taste were outstanding. This stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend to anyone looking to relax, recharge, and indulge in an unforgettable experience.

Would give a 100000/10 if it would let me! We stayed here for my older sister’s bachelorette with a group of 11 ladies. It felt’s incredibly safe in the gated neighborhood and we constantly saw patrol driving around. Amenities were fantastic and the staff were incredible! Concierge service was very responsive and easy to work with especially in accommodating transportation and groceries. Chef and bartender were accommodating to our crew of girls and even made us pitchers for the evening. Housekeeping was quick and tidy as well! Rooms were fantastic all with their own en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone and customer service from the second we walked in to when we walked felt like we were at a luxury resort! Perfect for a group of friends, family or celebration like a bachelorette. They also gave great recommendations for massages and other services!

I cannot say enough great things about this incredible house and staff. They were better than an A plus. The cooks were truly AMAZING! The housekeeper was wonderful and the concierges were on top of it! Will definitely come back and can’t wait!!!

Incredible spot – everything was just as described, or better. So many reviews say the view is better than the pictures, but seeing is believing. One of the most memorable trips we’ve ever had, shared with 4 other couples. Mike, Vale, Kir, Brian, and Roberta were so awesome – there for everything we needed, but also stayed out of the way to let our crew relax and enjoy the space. Hope to be back someday!

Everything about this home was incredible! We were a large group celebrating by sisters bachelorette and she was blown away. From the house, to the views, to the people. Roberta is the sweetest soul, she was there everyday and would even brew us a pot of coffee so when we woke up It was hot and fresh. Kirk and Bryan were also spectacular. The food…. To die for! Not one bad meal. And the drinks…. Even better! Mike and Vale were always available, responsive and made my life easier! Totally worth every penny❤️

Great beautiful home

So the villa and the view were incredible. The staff specifically the chef Roberto, the bartender Marco, the cleaning staff were all fantastic very personable people that connected easily with our family. Our family really enjoyed being around the staff, and the staff made it very easy for us to have the very best time that we could. One of our best family vacations ever And we would come back to this place time and time again. Everything inside the villa was in order, clean working and totally acceptable. The Concierge’s Michael and Val were very accommodating with the right amount of notice they could get us anything at any time highly highly highly recommend this villa for a large family or families.

When our group first walked into the house, we were handed a margarita and immediately greeted by stunning views of the ocean and the infinity pool. We all immediately said, this home looked even better than it did in the photos (which is rare for Airbnb listings). What truly made this experience special was the staff that works at the house, Kir, Brian and Roberta. They are exceptional! Kir and Brian made our menu come to life, there’s something really special about waking up in the morning, and immediately smelling a delicious breakfast being cooked for you. They were incredibly kind, anticipated our needs, made amazing drinks, and overall just provided an elevated and luxurious experience for all of us. Roberta is a star!! She cleaned the house every day we were there, we would return to our rooms to find our floors had been mopped, beds made, and stuff put away. She’s also incredibly kind and we could not be more grateful for her hardwork.

The villa was 10000/10! Exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The staff was spectacular and went above and beyond with every little request and the chef in particular was amazing and prepared us food that was on par with Michelin rated restaurants! The concierge was amazing, so thoughtful, and so helpful and we enjoyed the drinks that our bartender made for us as well! Housekeeping was there on site everyday and kept the house so clean and tidy. We felt like we were at our own private five star hotel.

Beautiful place!! The pool and hot tub were amazing, the bedrooms all were as pictured with their own bathrooms, and Kir and Brian and the maid Roberta were all top notch. Amazing, kind personalities as well as skilled at their jobs. The concierge I felt could have been a little better on messaging but the day to day staff on site (three people named) and place were incredible. I’ll be back!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The concierge was super helpful (set up all our dinner reservations and arranged transportation to and from the airport), the chef and bartender were great, and the house was cleaned every day! The house is in a great location and we felt very safe, also super easy to order Ubers to and from all our locations! We had a group of 8 people and we had plenty of room!

We had a great experience at Casa Texas. The team (Mike, Vale, Kir, Pepe and Roberta) were a friendly group of experts in their respective fields and made our stay memorable. The house is modern, clean, and has great ocean views. We highly recommend Casa Texas to anyone looking for a luxury Cabo escape.

We went as a group of 15 for a bachelorette celebration for 5 days and had the most incredible, relaxing vacation. The house is split into four stories, so despite being such a big group, there was ample space to retreat into our own private spaces. Marco and Roberto were absolutely amazing. They literally catered to us and were so accommodating of all our requests. They were warm, funny, and so helpful. The food was also delicious. Val and Mike were great with our requests, as a few forgot to bring necessities from home. They were even able to get us a last minute reservation for our large group at Rosanegra. We booked a 4 hour yacht excursion with lunch and open bar through Cabo Connections and it was such a fun experience. Only issue we had was the low water pressure with the toilets. Toilet use often required multiple flushes even for just liquids. Some of the showers had temperature issues. The jacuzzi was not warm the first couple days, but they remedied it when notified.

Vale and Mike, the hosts, were wonderful! The house and views were absolutely spectacular. It worked perfectly for our large group, and the staff (bartenders + chefs), were so kind and accommodating with the few food allergies in the group. Truly amazing house. Highly recommend!

I can’t begin to describe how great of an experience I had booking this place for my brother’s bachelor party, we were taken car of well before we even stepped foot in Cabo through the concierge service. Our stay was top tier with the in house chef and head butler, Salvatore, who was amazing from beginning to end. Michelle was phenomenal on coordinating any reservations we need. I stayed at Casa Texas March 2025. This place is 100% worth the money and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I was with 13 others for a bachelor party and here are the highlights you should know: -The house itself is as shown. They can throw in cots in the rooms for extra beds and the view is awesome. -I booked the shuttle service through the house and it was on time and easy getting to/from the airport. -We had the shuttle service stop at Costco. The house concierge can do all shopping for you if needed and they respond almost instantly during the week. Our bill for 6 meals about 800 usd (13 people) – THE STAFF ARE AMAZING. The house was always cleaned in the morning with fresh towels. The food and drinks are amazing and you should not pass up on a steak dinner in house. (Bring cash for tips -Ubers are very cheap in Cabo and safe. The security desk in Pedregal takes their ids when they enter. I could say a ton more but this was an awesome experience made possible by the staff

I spent my 50th birthday at Casa Texas, I must say, everything was absolutely AH-Mazing!!!! Hands down, I will be back. The views of whale season from the patio, private massage outdoors, having breakfast and lunch cooked waiting on me daily, the outdoor shower, jacuzzi and pool in February, OMG! The staff was AWESOME! Vale, Roberta and Brian took care of us to the fullest. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! The pictures online are Nothing compared to what you really experience and see. This is repeatable and I look forward to also staying at their second location! Thanks Guys! Your service in my book was a perfect 10!

We had a fantastic experience at this house. The concierge, Mike, was fabulous. Mike helped us arrange meals, transportation, and activities. The staff at the house, JP and Monica, were amazing. We were treated to a first class experience. We will definitely return.

We just spent 5 nights with 12 of our family members at Villa Lands End. This place is beyond beautiful!! Waking up to 180 degree view of the ocean and right over the cliff we saw whales constantly swimming by directly below us. The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The housekeepers were quiet and cleaned up every morning before most were awake to have it looking spotless. Frankie & Roberto cooked us all our breakfasts, made any drink or smoothie we desired and great lunch & dinners. They are so professional and kind and waited on us like royalty up until the very last minute of our departure. Mike, the concierge helped us by grocery shopping, calling on excursions for us and helping answer any questions. There cannot be a better house to stay at in all of Cabo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property (We had 11 guests total). The property was as described and the view is incredible. The house staff – chef Roberto, bartender Marco, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. Roberts ceviche is incredible! The hosts, Cabo connections (Mike and Vale) were super responsive and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. They picked up groceries and items we needed as well as arranged transportation quickly. They also came to check in periodically in person. Overall, I would highly recommend this home and Cabo connections if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Cabo. Pedegral is a beautiful portion of the city (crazy hills!) but still easy to get to wonderful restaurants while feeling very quiet and private.

Mike, Vale and the whole team at Casa Texas were awesome and very helpful and friendly. Day 1 started with a power outage in the Pedregal but they kept us up to date with good communications. The Villa was fantastic and very easy to spend time in with stunning views from the deck and the pool. You gave us a great family vacation, thanks so much.

The house is spectacular, my family and I had an amazing time, super comfortable with unbeatable landscapes, the staff’s attention was also super attentive and helpful, I would give it a. 6/5 rating
