An amazing experience from start to finish. The view and home is beautiful and beyond spacious and has everything you need, we barely ended up leaving too much because there is so much to do there. The staff is so kind and they take care of every detail. They made us breakfast and lunch each day. Don’t forget to bring plenty of cash for tipping and transportation needs during your stay, as the ATM is about a 30min walk. We loved every minute of this trip thanks to the warm hospitality here

The best thing about this house hands down was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive which made all of the difference. The house was great for a bachelorette party – very spacious and nice, but not too luxe. The views are incredible and there are so many decks and areas to utilize. We had the BEST time.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION !!!!!! I can’t find the words to describe this place. What u see is what u get. I highly recommend this oasis , u will not be disappointed. All staff was amazing from cleaning ladies , now the bar tender he will definitely keep u hydrated , can’t forget the chef , cooked our catch of the day , yes a Marlin , mike reserved our fishing boat Mike our host punctual on every level. We had a fantastic weekend. The house is just as pictured, if not better. Probably the best view in Cabo. The entire crew was fantastic and helped make our trip one to remember. This is the place to stay in Cabo.

We had an absolutely amazing vacation! Casa Texas is a hidden gem. We had a group of 8 from 15 years to 60 years. Our group loved the house and what it had to offer so much, we stayed at the house a lot. Everyone from Mike the concierge, to the amazing chefs/bartenders and maids were the best! I loved the mango and blended margaritas and the chefs grilled the fish for us that our group caught on a fishing excursion the very same day! Mike worked with us daily to help plan and book excursions. The chefs made the most wonderful meals and the presentation was perfection. They were all so respectful and accommodating. The house was more beautiful than the photos. I loved drinking coffee by the Infiniti pool, while whale watching every morning – yes, you can hear and see the whales from the pool deck! Whether you want to swim, sit in the jacuzzi, relax in the sauna, sweat in the gym, play pool, ping pong or golf- it has it all! I truly hope to be back soon.

Casa Texas is baller. An architectural masterpiece as well as a 5 star accommodation. The service and communication with concierge was great. The property and house is entirely as advertised. My fiends and I had an incredible bachelor party and the house was a perfect fit. Easy ubering to the strip and other hot spots. The beach is not far and a very scenic walk. Would highly recommend this house.

Mike and his crew are amazing! They made this trip fantastic in every way possible for us. So accommodating, responsive and friendly. The villa is incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice. Not one complaint at all for the whole weekend!

This trip exceeded every expectation. It is hard to put in words how amazing it was. The house itself and the service were beyond anything I have ever experienced. The house is even better in person than in the photos. The views are unmatched. I was with 16 girls for my bachelorette and we had the best time. None of us wanted to leave!! Everyone had ample space – each room had its own bathroom/shower. The rooms are massive. There is no “bad” room in the house. The Pedregal itself is amazing too and unlike anywhere I have ever been. It is extremely secure and just breathtaking. The service we received was exceptional and truly took this trip to the next level. Within a few minutes of walking in we were handed margaritas and quesadillas. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worthwhile in every way possible. The house is immaculate and modern. The food and drinks were incredible – we had amazing breakfasts each morning and had the chef/bartenders stay one night to do a fun dinner at the house. The chef bought local fish that afternoon and prepared the most amazing spread for dinner. They made a few variations for the vegetarians/vegans/pescatarians etc. When we ran out of tequila one day they went out and got more within 30 minutes. You really get to know the staff and they start to anticipate your needs or wants before you even ask – they are the best of the best! I cannot say enough about Mike – he is so thorough, kind, communicative and on top of it. We had all of the groceries at the house upon arrival and all the fridges were stocked. I bought a float for the pool and the staff blew it up the next day. Mike arranged all of our transportation to and from dinners and all were on time. The drivers had nice vans and were so professional. We had a lot of changes to airport arrivals due to flight cancellations and Mike rolled with the changes and made sure that the transportation coordinator was in the loop. Pick up and drop off at the airport was really easy. I mentioned one day that the shower in my bathroom wasn’t getting hot and within an hour it was already fixed. Truly exceptional hospitality. Luckily, we had enough cash for tips, but I recommend bringing ~20% of the total booking fee in cash to tip the staff – trust me you will want to tip everyone the maximum amount – the service is what really made this the best trip. I am already counting down the days until I can go back!

WOW!!! WOW!!!! WOW!!! What a week!! This trip exceeded our expectations!! There we so many special moments. The staff made it feel like a 5 star resort dedicated to just us, whale watching from the infinity pool did not disappoint! We are already planning on booking again next year!! Such a VERY SPECIAL place!!

House and staff were wonderful! Miguel coordinated a whale watching boat for us that was amazing and Brian and Kir made phenomenal food for our group for every meal! It was a perfect trip!

Where do I begin! This was such an amazing experience and what a beautiful house with such great staff to experience it with. Rang in my birthday with my amazing friends and this place definitely made my birthday a trip to remember. With the chefs cooking and making drinks, there’s sometimes no reason to leave! The concierge made getting in and out of town or wherever we needed to go very easy. I hope I get to visit again!

From arrival we were blown away not only by the absolutely stunning location and amenities but the service from Mike, Kir, and Bryan! The meals and cocktails were phenomenal, definitely home to return soon!

I booked for a bachelorette with 14 girls and it was extremely spacious. This place and all of the views were to die for. Staff were all friendly and food was delicious. We had yummy complimentary margaritas, quesadillas, chips and guacamole upon arrival. Throughout the stay chefs cooked Mexican and Italian food, which was all 10/10. Bartenders made amazing drinks upon request. I specifically asked for elote every meal of the day and they did not disappoint. Mike who was in charge kept really good communication and messaged back very quickly when I needed anything. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here. It was an experience of a lifetime.

Absolutely the best trip ever! Celebrated my 40th birthday weekend here and it was everything I could’ve imagined and more. I truly did not want to go back home. The view and house were even more amazing in person. Views were truly breathtaking and balconies off most the rooms were unbelievable. Only glitch was the jacuzzi wasn’t heating up all the way, but Mike gave us the heads up. They’ve been working on fixing that since they got the house and I’m sure it’ll be resolved soon. Definitely didn’t put a damper on the stay. Weather was so perfect we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi all day and night anyways. Location is great. Close enough to downtown to access everything and far enough away to feel the serenity and seclusion of paradise. Upon arrival, welcomed with cocktails and appetizers! Mike, Frankie and Karin did above and beyond my expectations. There wasn’t anything I asked for that they weren’t willing and able to find a way to accommodate. By the final days, the guys felt like part of the family. Truly the best experience and I will definitely be coming back!
