Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

Casa Texas is baller. An architectural masterpiece as well as a 5 star accommodation. The service and communication with concierge was great. The property and house is entirely as advertised. My fiends and I had an incredible bachelor party and the house was a perfect fit. Easy ubering to the strip and other hot spots. The beach is not far and a very scenic walk. Would highly recommend this house.

We had an absolutely amazing vacation! Casa Texas is a hidden gem. We had a group of 8, ranging from 15 years to 60 years. Our group loved the house and what it had to offer so much that we stayed at the house a lot. Everyone from the concierge to the amazing chefs/bartenders and maids were the best! I loved the mango and blended margaritas, and the chefs grilled the fish for us that our group caught on a fishing excursion the very same day! The concierge worked with us daily to help plan and book excursions. The chefs made the most wonderful meals, and the presentation was perfection. They were all so respectful and accommodating. The house was more beautiful than the photos. I loved drinking coffee by the infinity pool while whale watching every morning – yes, you can hear and see the whales from the pool deck! Whether you want to swim, sit in the jacuzzi, relax in the sauna, sweat in the gym, or play pool, ping pong, or golf—it has it all! I truly hope to be back soon.
