Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

The staff was absolutely fabulous. From the second we arrived, every need was taken care of, from the welcome margaritas to the fabulous fresh chips, salsa, and guac, to arranging a round of golf and a couple of dinners out; everything was perfect. The food was wonderful (we really didn’t need to eat out at all!). The house is fresh, modern, and very well appointed. We were ten adults celebrating a 50th birthday. The house had plenty of privacy as well as fun things to keep us occupied. We will stay at Casa Texas the next time our travels take us to Cabo!

The staff was great. They were extremely helpful in coordinating rides, getting groceries, and preparing breakfast and dinner. The house is in a great location, and the sound system was amazing. Everyone slept comfortably, and there was plenty of space to spread out. Amenities like the gym and sauna were awesome to have.

This is the best Airbnb that I have ever used in Cabo, especially for a large group. The location is perfect, just a short drive down to the beach. The staff, including the host and chef, were in communication with me the entire time and helped with transportation, food, groceries, activities, and booking reservations—literally everything. This made the trip stress-free. Also, the meals and drinks were delicious. I myself am a picky eater, and I had a vegetarian with me, along with two others who have dietary restrictions. All of our requests were accommodated without hassle. I really appreciate the entire team at Casa Texas.
