Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?

Look no further in Pedregal! This is the place! Exceeded expectations is an understatement! The fantastic house has views that are even better than the pictures! It’s a super fun house, especially for active guests—the sauna is awesome, and the gym rivals any home gym I’ve seen! The chef and bartender are outstanding! The staff will take care of whatever you need, and stellar service is their priority. Food and beverages were delicious! The team is easy to work with and very responsive! I will definitely be back!
