Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

Pictures do not do it justice! It was paradise from the moment we stepped inside the property. Greeted with margaritas and was blown away by the view. You would not need to leave as there is a chef and maid on premises.
My family and I enjoyed the house and was taken care of from A through Z. I highly would recommend this house as its very modern and equipped with the best there is!

As someone previously mentioned, the pictures don’t do Casa Texas justice. The views were amazing, and the home was more spacious than expected! We’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs around the world, and this has hands down been the best experience. The full experience is thanks to the amazing staff. They truly made the best alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, meals, and kept the place clean every day for us! Furthermore, I had a number of additional requests throughout the trip, and they were able to get us what we needed without question. They came through with every reservation request and transportation need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and am looking forward to a future opportunity to stay again. P.S. We’ll be waiting for the two gallons of salsa (it was amazing)! Lol

The staff was absolutely fabulous. From the second we arrived, every need was taken care of, from the welcome margaritas to the fabulous fresh chips, salsa, and guac, to arranging a round of golf and a couple of dinners out; everything was perfect. The food was wonderful (we really didn’t need to eat out at all!). The house is fresh, modern, and very well appointed. We were ten adults celebrating a 50th birthday. The house had plenty of privacy as well as fun things to keep us occupied. We will stay at Casa Texas the next time our travels take us to Cabo!

The staff was great. They were extremely helpful in coordinating rides, getting groceries, and preparing breakfast and dinner. The house is in a great location, and the sound system was amazing. Everyone slept comfortably, and there was plenty of space to spread out. Amenities like the gym and sauna were awesome to have.
