Crush Nightspot opened in February 2016 on Lázaro Cárdenas at Plaza Bonita and quickly became the downtown room where the bar is part of the dance floor. You can actually get up on the bar. A live drummer plays with the DJ, and the set leans hip-hop and mashups, with dancers and the occasional sax in the mix.
It sits in the middle of the Cabo crawl—less of a velvet-rope production than Mandala, more of a night than a quiet drink. Open every day from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am. Reservations are a good idea on weekends and for bachelor or bachelorette groups.
