The Sand Bar is the quieter neighbor on Médano Beach—close enough to Mango Deck that you can hear the party, far enough that you can actually talk. Toes in the sand, a serious kitchen, and a bar team that still celebrates a round with sparklers when the table earns it.
The beach area runs 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Breakfast is 8:00 am–noon, lunch noon–6:00 pm, and dinner 5:00–10:00 pm. Massages are booked on the sand through the same house. The food is the surprise for first-timers: fish tacos, paella, a proper burger, and piña coladas that taste like fruit instead of syrup.
