This trip exceeded every expectation. It is hard to put into words how amazing it was. The house itself and the service were beyond anything I have ever experienced. The house is even better in person than in the photos, and the views are unmatched. I was with 16 girls for my bachelorette, and we had the best time—none of us wanted to leave! Everyone had ample space; each room had its own bathroom and shower. The rooms are massive, and there is no “bad” room in the house. The Pedregal itself is amazing too and unlike anywhere I have ever been. It is extremely secure and just breathtaking.

The service we received was exceptional and truly took this trip to the next level. Within a few minutes of walking in, we were handed margaritas and quesadillas. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay worthwhile in every way possible. The house is immaculate and modern. The food and drinks were incredible—we had amazing breakfasts each morning and had the chef and bartenders stay one night to do a fun dinner at the house. The chef bought local fish that afternoon and prepared the most amazing spread for dinner, with variations for the vegetarians, vegans, and pescatarians. When we ran out of tequila one day, they went out and got more within 30 minutes. You really get to know the staff, and they start to anticipate your needs or wants before you even ask—they are the best of the best!

I cannot say enough about the host—so thorough, kind, communicative, and on top of everything. We had all the groceries at the house upon arrival, and all the fridges were stocked. I bought a float for the pool, and the staff blew it up the next day. The host arranged all of our transportation to and from dinners, and everything was on time. The drivers had nice vans and were very professional. We had a lot of changes to airport arrivals due to flight cancellations, and the host rolled with the changes, making sure that the transportation coordinator was in the loop. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport was really easy. I mentioned one day that the shower in my bathroom wasn’t getting hot, and within an hour, it was already fixed. Truly exceptional hospitality.

Luckily, we had enough cash for tips, but I recommend bringing around 20% of the total booking fee in cash to tip the staff—trust me, you will want to tip everyone the maximum amount; the service is what really made this the best trip. I am already counting down the days until I can go back!

WOW!!! WOW!!!! WOW!!! What a week!! This trip exceeded our expectations!! There we so many special moments. The staff made it feel like a 5 star resort dedicated to just us, whale watching from the infinity pool did not disappoint! We are already planning on booking again next year!! Such a VERY SPECIAL place!!

I booked for a bachelorette with 14 girls, and it was extremely spacious. This place and all of the views were to die for. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. We had yummy complimentary margaritas, quesadillas, chips, and guacamole upon arrival. Throughout the stay, the chefs cooked Mexican and Italian food, which was all 10/10. The bartenders made amazing drinks upon request. I specifically asked for elote for every meal of the day, and they did not disappoint. The person in charge kept excellent communication and messaged back very quickly when I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place to others. It was an experience of a lifetime!

Absolutely the best trip ever! I celebrated my 40th birthday weekend here, and it was everything I could have imagined and more. I truly did not want to go back home. The view and house were even more amazing in person. The views were truly breathtaking, and the balconies off most of the rooms were unbelievable. The only glitch was that the jacuzzi wasn’t heating up all the way, but the team gave us the heads up. They’ve been working on fixing that since they got the house, and I’m sure it will be resolved soon. This definitely didn’t put a damper on the stay; the weather was so perfect we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi all day and night anyway.

The location is great—close enough to downtown to access everything, yet far enough away to feel the serenity and seclusion of paradise. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with cocktails and appetizers! The staff went above and beyond my expectations. There wasn’t anything I asked for that they weren’t willing and able to accommodate. By the final days, the team felt like part of the family. Truly the best experience, and I will definitely be coming back!
