We had an incredible stay here with a group of 9 friends. The setup of the house was perfect for a larger group – especially since every bedroom had its own bathroom. It made everything so easy and no one felt like they got the short end of the stick.The view was absolutely stunning. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching whales and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The pool was another major highlight – a beautiful spot to relax, hang out, and take in the ocean from the cliffside.The chefs were outstanding. Every meal was delicious and truly elevated the experience for all of us. It was such a treat to come together around great food without having to worry about cooking or going out.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We just spent 5 nights with 12 of our family members at Villa Lands End. This place is beyond beautiful!! Waking up to 180 degree view of the ocean and right over the cliff we saw whales constantly swimming by directly below us. The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The housekeepers were quiet and cleaned up every morning before most were awake to have it looking spotless. Frankie & Roberto cooked us all our breakfasts, made any drink or smoothie we desired and great lunch & dinners. They are so professional and kind and waited on us like royalty up until the very last minute of our departure. Mike, the concierge helped us by grocery shopping, calling on excursions for us and helping answer any questions. There cannot be a better house to stay at in all of Cabo!

Incredible stay for our family of 15 – will absolutely stay again and THE ONLY WAY to do Cabo is at this house! Insta-worthy pics of the entire house, infinity pool, and non-stop whale watching from the balcony. The staff went above and beyond with every meal and the drinks were fantastic. The house was cleaned from top to bottom everyday and made it feel like home. The excursions recommended were great – we did a dinner boat cruise, glass bottom kayak/snorkeling, and Avo-Cabo local food tour…they even coordinated private transportation, which worked out perfect for our group size. 10/10 highly recommend!

The chefs/bartenders were perfectly accommodating while being respectful of our space and privacy. If you are looking to stay, I HIGHLY recommend having dinners at the house. We went out one night to a restaurant but honestly the dinners they prepared for us were even better than going out. We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The Villa is in a beautiful and safe gated community that is only an 6 minute drive from restaurants, bars and shops. The views from the villa were breathtaking. The Chefs Franky, Karim and Roberto made us a delicious dinner two of the nights that we stayed and breakfast every morning. The food was amazing and served as if we were at a 5 star restaurant. Vale was a great concierge. Enormous house with absolutely incredible views. Mikee (concierge) set up in-villa massages and restaurant reservations and was responsive to all our needs. Every sparkling clean room in the house had fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean. We were greeted with delicious homemade quesadillas, guacamole and margaritas upon arrival. The staff was by far the best part of our stay! Karim kept the drinks flowing and has some mad bartending skills. Francisco and Roberto (chefs) prepared a fabulous breakfast and lunch each day. We had two delicious “at home” dinners during our stay. A taco feast with beef, chicken, fish and shrimp tacos and a surf and turf night – wow! Mikee also booked a private catamaran tour for us with Papillon Yachts (Love Life) which was the best excursion we have ever done in Cabo. Amazing whale watching, snorkeling, dancing as well as a yummy lunch. The hot tub heater broke but they were quick to get a new heater installed within a couple of days. WONDERFUL TRIP!

PERFECT FAMILY VACATION! Mikee was amazing from first contact. He made suggestions on transportation and offered to coordinate. He also took care of a reservation for us at Flora Farms. He also provided us with a sample menu plan from other guests to help us with our grocery decisions. Karim and Francisco, our chefs, pampered us at every meal, just watch out for those creative “pours” if you’re pacing yourself! We added two dinners, and they outdid themselves. I highly suggest breakfast burritos, tuna ceviche, their homemade guacamole, and if you do a dinner…lobster! We had 16 people for a family vacation/celebration, so 3 housekeepers were assigned to the home each morning. They were friendly and thorough and accommodated our sleep schedules with their service. The home’s view is unbeatable and made taking offsite excursions a difficult decision. Traveling in December we had both sunrises and sunsets from the balconies and patios.

They worked so hard and made sure the kitchen was always clean, but food and drinks were always coming! They went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed. They always had a smile on their faces and so polite and did everything with pleasure. These guys deserve to be staff of the year.Finally the maid service, they spent hours mopping and cleaning bathrooms and did such a great job; Roberta, Joanna, Myley so sweet and nice. They even folded our dirty clothes like a 5-star hotel! Beds were always made and bathrooms pristine with fresh towels.THANK YOU CABO CONNECTIONS! You truly have a 6-Star staff, who made the best of things even when they are out of their control. Will miss all these guys!

This trip exceeded every expectation. It is hard to put in words how amazing it was. The house itself and the service were beyond anything I have ever experienced. The house is even better in person than in the photos. The views are unmatched. I was with 16 girls for my bachelorette and we had the best time. None of us wanted to leave!! Everyone had ample space – each room had its own bathroom/shower. The rooms are massive. There is no “bad” room in the house. The Pedregal itself is amazing too and unlike anywhere I have ever been. It is extremely secure and just breathtaking. The service we received was exceptional and truly took this trip to the next level. Within a few minutes of walking in we were handed margaritas and quesadillas. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worthwhile in every way possible. The house is immaculate and modern. The food and drinks were incredible – we had amazing breakfasts each morning and had the chef/bartenders stay one night to do a fun dinner at the house. The chef bought local fish that afternoon and prepared the most amazing spread for dinner. They made a few variations for the vegetarians/vegans/pescatarians etc. When we ran out of tequila one day they went out and got more within 30 minutes. You really get to know the staff and they start to anticipate your needs or wants before you even ask – they are the best of the best! I cannot say enough about Mike – he is so thorough, kind, communicative and on top of it. We had all of the groceries at the house upon arrival and all the fridges were stocked. I bought a float for the pool and the staff blew it up the next day. Mike arranged all of our transportation to and from dinners and all were on time. The drivers had nice vans and were so professional. We had a lot of changes to airport arrivals due to flight cancellations and Mike rolled with the changes and made sure that the transportation coordinator was in the loop. Pick up and drop off at the airport was really easy. I mentioned one day that the shower in my bathroom wasn’t getting hot and within an hour it was already fixed. Truly exceptional hospitality. Luckily, we had enough cash for tips, but I recommend bringing ~20% of the total booking fee in cash to tip the staff – trust me you will want to tip everyone the maximum amount – the service is what really made this the best trip. I am already counting down the days until I can go back!

I booked for a bachelorette with 14 girls and it was extremely spacious. This place and all of the views were to die for. Staff were all friendly and food was delicious. We had yummy complimentary margaritas, quesadillas, chips and guacamole upon arrival. Throughout the stay chefs cooked Mexican and Italian food, which was all 10/10. Bartenders made amazing drinks upon request. I specifically asked for elote every meal of the day and they did not disappoint. Mike who was in charge kept really good communication and messaged back very quickly when I needed anything. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here. It was an experience of a lifetime.

Absolutely the best trip ever! Celebrated my 40th birthday weekend here and it was everything I could’ve imagined and more. I truly did not want to go back home. The view and house were even more amazing in person. Views were truly breathtaking and balconies off most the rooms were unbelievable. Only glitch was the jacuzzi wasn’t heating up all the way, but Mike gave us the heads up. They’ve been working on fixing that since they got the house and I’m sure it’ll be resolved soon. Definitely didn’t put a damper on the stay. Weather was so perfect we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi all day and night anyways. Location is great. Close enough to downtown to access everything and far enough away to feel the serenity and seclusion of paradise. Upon arrival, welcomed with cocktails and appetizers! Mike, Frankie and Karin did above and beyond my expectations. There wasn’t anything I asked for that they weren’t willing and able to find a way to accommodate. By the final days, the guys felt like part of the family. Truly the best experience and I will definitely be coming back!

This house is BEAUTIFUL! My family and I traveled in a smaller group and loved the homes location, space, and amenities. I just wish we would utilized the space and things in the neighborhood more as we spent most of the time in the home. It was just so cozy and cute we didn’t want to leave. The beds are comfortable, the home is clean, the pool and hot tub are great! We even got to see a firework show from the pool last night. It was definitely the best experience ever. Lastly the surround sound installed in the home definitely was a plus! Very loud and I love that you can play different music in different areas. A 10/10 stay for sure. If you’re coming to cabo and can afford it, the VLE Experience is definitely worth it.

This place is amazing.We came for my bachelor party with 9 other guys, and everything was perfect. The bedrooms are big, there’s so many bathrooms, pool area and balconies are unreal, ect.But the house is not even the best part. The service you get from the staff there is next level. We walked in to food prepared for us, and margaritas already made. The chefs and maids were some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen, and will do anything to make sure you have a once-in-lifetime experience.The owner Casey, the property manager mike, and the whole staff will take care of you.If you’re looker for a place with a big family gathering, bachelor party, bachelorette party, birthday party, or whatever, look no more.
