Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
No. Guests only need to provide a grocery list and pay the receipt. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have all items ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
No. Our exclusive villa concierge books tours, golf, yachts, and dining — and works to get you the best rates in Cabo. Tell us what you want and we take care of it.

- Any existing damages must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
