1. Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes. The entire VIP staff is fully included — private chef, professional bartender, daily maid service, and dedicated villa concierge. Staff is available 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; extended or evening service is available for a fee.
2. How close is the marina?
The Cabo marina and downtown restaurants, bars and nightlife are within walking distance, so you can stroll down for dinner and be back at the villa in minutes.
3. How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal’s private beach is beautiful for walking and hanging out. Swimming is not recommended there due to strong tides and waves. Medano Beach is a short drive and is swimmable, with restaurants and bars nearby.
4. Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to make a list and pay the grocery receipt. VIP staff handles shopping and can have everything ready on arrival.
5. Do we book tours, golf, and reservations ourselves?
Your villa concierge can arrange tours, yacht rentals, golf tee times, nightlife, and dining — often at preferred Cabo Connections rates.

- Outside contracted services (chefs, butlers, massage, etc.) must be booked through your concierge.
- Any existing damages must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

VIP Marina Mansion was truly nothing short of amazing. I stayed here with a group of 20 girls for a bachelorette and here’s the low down. The booking process was quite seamless. The team helped me through the booking process and we spoke about the needs of our group, which there were a lot. A 20 girl bachelorette comes with a lot of specifications. When we arrived at the villa, there were multiple people there to help us bring our luggage upstairs. The villa was absolutely stunning. The nicest villa I’ve stayed at in Pedregal by far. It was CLEANNNN. The cleaning staff also came daily and refreshed everything. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfy. The villa looks EXACTLY like the photos, if not better. The chef…. Incredible. The food was truly delicious. Everything was great tasting, presented cleanly, aesthetically, and easy for us to put for ourselves. We had vegetarians and gluten free girls – he accommodated that thoroughly. We had breakfast every morning – eggs, banana bread, breakfast potatoes, taco lunch, quesadillas, ceviche, surf and turf, etc. And the MVP of the trip was our butler! He was literally at our beck and call bringing us any drink you can think of. The most delicious homemade drinks – aka homemade margarita mix. He was attentive and would help us no matter where we were in the villa. If it wasn’t a skinny margarita with homemade mix, it was a watermelon margarita, a Paloma, or our morning coffee. Anything and everything, he could make you. Everyone made us feel like princesses, like we were at home, and safe! I will absolutely be back! Thank you VIP Marina Mansion!

Beautiful home overlooking the marina, downtown and beach area. The home itself has a modern earthy vibe unlike other options in Cabo. I enjoyed both pools and the view from 3rd story is unreal (2 fire options!). The staff was so kind and Chef’s food was awesome…his fresh banana bread is a must! Will be staying here again!
