Yes. The entire VIP staff is fully included in the cost. Staff is available daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and can be extended into evenings or nights for a small additional fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is a 10-minute walk and is private and beautiful—ideal for walks and relaxing. Swimming is not recommended due to strong tides.
Medano Beach is a 5–7 minute drive and offers swimmable waters, restaurants, bars, and a lively atmosphere.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
No. Simply provide your grocery list and pay the grocery receipt. Our VIP staff handles all shopping and preparation so everything is ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or reservations ourselves?

- Noise Policy: Pedregal enforces a no-noise policy after 9 pm. No loud outside music is permitted.
- Supervision Requirement: All children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Rental Liability & Damage Waiver: Guests must sign the Villa Lands End rental liability/damage waiver and provide a valid ID and credit card.
- Event Restrictions: No events and parties are allowed without the owner’s approval. The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the Rental Agreement.
- Community Rules: Guests are expected to follow all community rules, including noise ordinances and respect for security personnel.
- Damage Reporting: Any existing damages must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect villa to hang out in. Nice pool, had a great view of the ocean. Oscar really made our stay here wonderful. A great cook, an amazing bartender, but more importantly, he was fun to be around. He made us laugh and feel comfortable in his presence. We absolutely loved having him around.
I had wished that the concierges were more responsive. I had sent over grocery lists and meal plans but was not really told that everything would be possible or not and when it came down to the trip, I didn’t really know what to expect and some days we did not get what we had asked for. Still, we made the best of the situation and it ultimately didn’t affect our trip & we still had the best time.
