Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The view and home is beautiful and beyond spacious and has everything you need, we barely ended up leaving too much because there is so much to do there. The staff is so kind and they take care of every detail. They made us breakfast and lunch each day. Don’t forget to bring plenty of cash for tipping and transportation needs during your stay, as the ATM is about a 30min walk. We loved every minute of this trip thanks to the warm hospitality here
