Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

Wonderful villa with Pacific views. 5-8 minute walk to the beach, if you want to – but we spent the vast majority of our time utilizing the gorgeous indoor/outdoor setup on offer. The staff was courteous, responsive, and the chefs were amazing. It was truly a few days in paradise.

From the moment we arrived we felt very special and welcome and the house was beautiful! We loved the pool area and all of the rooms being pretty much identical so no one had a smaller or less outfitted room. Our concierge was very accommodating and communication was good but he was also handling other properties so we had a couple of delays in response but nothing that affected our trip. We absolutely loved our chef and bartender and the food they made was excellent! Our unsung hero of the trip was the maid who worked tirelessly to make sure everything was clean each day she was amazing! Finally, the location is extraordinarily beautiful which we thoroughly enjoyed but we thought the cost of van service for our party of 8 each time we wanted to go out was more costly than we expected, but all of the drivers were professional and timely so worth it for the most part.
