Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

Simply put, this house was perfect. The team delivered exceptional service. Our bachelor party was thoroughly impressed with the home layout, sound system, golf simulator, pool layout/outdoor bar with TV, chipping green… you name it, Casa Texas has it. Pedregal is extremely close to the marina/city center and plenty of fantastic golf courses. Work with the concierge to see if they can get you on some places that are normally ‘resort access only.’ Casa Texas is set up for any occasion. I was telling my fiancé we would come back for a couples trip/family trip down the road. The only drawback (extremely minor) is if you are wanting to spend time on the beach; it’s a bit of a hike down and up to the ocean, so plan around that. This house is a pure 5-star experience, and I can’t recommend it enough.

If you want to stay at an Airbnb with the best staff in Cabo, then rent this place! Everyone from the maids to the chef, bartender, and concierge were absolutely incredible. Whatever you need, they can make happen. The house was beautiful, and the views were spectacular. Whether you want to play games (pool, ping pong, golf) or swim in the beautiful pool, this house has it all. The gym was also a very nice feature. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Make sure to ask for the special green salsa!
