Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

This house and the staff were amazing!! I can’t say enough good things about it. The entire place was very clean, and they clean every single day, leaving the place spotless. The house is even better than the photos provided on here. Very open concept from the kitchen to the living area to the pool. The view from the living room/pool is breathtaking! This house was only a short walk to the beach, and that was definitely a plus. The staff here made the stay that much better! They were very accommodating to anything we needed or asked for. Our concierge had everything we requested ready upon our arrival. They even helped us book an ATV excursion. The chef was great as well – the food and drinks were all delicious! Another great staff member helped ensure we had a fantastic night out in town. I highly recommend this house and company and will definitely be returning!!
