Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

Cabo Texas was the perfect spot for a family vacation! Our group included grandkids from 11 months to 14 years old, our grown kids and their partners/spouses, and the grandparents (us). The staff provided outstanding food and drink throughout the day. Everything was freshly prepared to everyone’s taste, including non-alcoholic drinks for the kids. The host kept the place spotless, cleaning every room, the pool patio area, and the windows every day! The concierges took care of arranging all the transportation, provided ideas for activities, and kept our groceries stocked. For me, they all made this trip so relaxing as they took care of everything. Such an amazing team!!! Thank you for the most memorable week. ❤️

The concierge staff were so helpful, responsive, and kind. They helped me with all the planning, and there was nothing too big or small that they could not handle for us. The chefs were incredible, and our meals were delicious. Our housekeeper was sweet, attentive, and kept the place spotless.
