Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

We had an amazing time at Casa Texas! The house staff were friendly and attentive. Daily housekeeping was awesome and much appreciated. The hosts were responsive prior and during our trip. We were grateful that they helped arrange ground transportation and provided recommendations for sightseeing and shopping. If we are ever in Cabo again, we would absolutely stay at Casa Texas again!

This place is absolutely stunning and the way to go for a big group in Cabo! Having the air b n b with a chef and maid was beyond amazing. No need to do dishes or restock pool towels – it was all taken care of daily! The house was simply gorgeous, would stay here again! We used the shuttle they were able to provide us to go downtown and such which was pricey overall but not a bad deal with our big group. Know to bring lots of cash to pay the grocery bill, shuttle and tips overall for the staff. The one issue we had was the pool and hot tub heater which was hard to use and caused us to over heat the pool rather than hot tub (which were told later was an extra charge).

OUR STAY WAS PERFECTION!!! Every little detail was perfect. The hosts were amazing, the chefs were incredible, and the maid was exceptional! We had such a wonderful experience with this group, cannot recommend them enough. So friendly and positive, and we always felt incredibly safe. We were a group of 12 for my bachelorette trip, and everyone is still talking about the house and staff. The house is stunning—even more impressive in person! All of the food and drinks were amazing, and the house was always crystal clean. All of our needs were met and more. Our expectations were blown out of the water! We’ll absolutely be back! Thank you for an unforgettable trip!!!
