Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

If you are considering staying here for a trip to Cabo- do it! This place was absolutely incredible. The house itself was great to host a large party with plenty of space for guests each with separate bathrooms. The house itself has so many fun amenities & you truly can not beat the view of the pool. We were able to see whales in the ocean from the deck! The staff were absolutely incredible- the chefs & bartenders were so accommodating, the food was great & the house was kept impeccably clean! Vale and Mike were super responsive hosts & helped us get everything we needed without ever leaving the house. They helped us book and Pilates instructor & massages at the house for the group. They were unbelievably accommodating. I would stay here 1000 times over again! It’s worth every penny! Thank you for such an incredible stay!

The house was as described with a beautiful view of the ocean. You could see whales from the pool deck, living room, and kitchen. The hosts were very quick to respond when messaged. The chefs were AMAZING, and the food and drinks were out of this world. The maid did a great job cleaning up after us. It was a wonderful way to celebrate with friends, and we will definitely be going back! Thank you, Cabo Connections, for a fantastic experience.

I am always a little skeptical of how the photos will match up with the experience. This is one of the few times that the photos might actually under promise and the experience over delivers!! The reviews don’t lie. We had a group of 4 couples for a 40th birthday celebration and I can’t have imagined a better experience start to finish. Bring more cash than you think you need. But if you find an available date.. book it!!

The house was awesome and the staff was amazing. We especially loved the chefs and bartenders. They were so fun to hang out with during the day. I do wish the concierge could have given us a better heads up on how much the food would cost and that we had to pay with cash only for it. Also, the transpiration company was not as convenient as planned. Getting a taxi was the same price and more convenient while downtown. Overall would recommend this place. The house was wonderful.

We booked this Airbnb for a bachelorette trip with 11 girls, and it was perfect for us. We had a really great stay! We loved that each room had a full bathroom, and the amenities were fantastic: infinity pool, jacuzzi, small backyard, gym, sauna, plus pool and ping pong tables. The views from the pool were phenomenal, and since it was whale season, we even saw whales splashing in the distance.
The hosts were kind and helped with reservations and referred a great transportation service. They also bought groceries for us, though we recommend asking for an estimate beforehand. We saved money by bringing our own alcohol.
The chefs were the best and definitely a highlight for us—everything they made was absolutely delicious, and we were sad to say goodbye.
The maid did a wonderful job keeping the place spotless, which wasn’t easy with 11 girls!
Overall, even though it’s a bit pricey, we would recommend it!
