Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

Truly a beautiful property. Each bedroom is set up as a suite. The views of the ocean are incredible. We were able to spot whales in the ocean while swimming in the pool.
The house staff were all absolutely amazing. The concierge service was very helpful. Everything was perfectly arranged, including home-cooked meals, car service, and more.

The chefs also did an incredible job with the food as well as the drinks, being proactive in asking if we needed anything. Everyone at Cabo Connections was great! The meals were fantastic, and the staff made us feel right at home. The housekeeper was wonderful and kept the place in great shape while being flexible to work around our schedule for the day.
