Is the house staff included in the rental cost?
Yes, the entire staff is included in the rental cost. They are available from 8 am to 4 pm and can extend their services into the evening or nighttime for a fee.
How close are the beaches, and are they swimmable?
Pedregal Beach is private, scenic, and great for walking and relaxation, though it’s not swimmable due to strong tides and waves. It’s a 10-minute walk from the house. For swimming, Medano Beach is a 5-7 minute drive away and offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?
Guests only need to provide a list and pay for the groceries or items requested. Our VIP staff will handle everything and have it ready upon arrival.
Do we need to book tours, travel, golf, or dinner reservations on our own?
Our exclusive villa concierge can secure the best rates for any tour or event, including dolphin swimming, jet ski rentals, yacht rentals, private golf course tee times, and more.

This was easily the nicest and most amazing Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The house is a modern mansion with beautiful bedrooms, an infinity pool and hot tub, a sauna, putting green, pool and ping pong tables, a full gym, and an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean where we sat and watched whales splash around all throughout the day. It is also located in a very nice and upscale community with 24/7 guarded gate access. The staff (host/concierge, chef, bartender, and maid) were extremely friendly and accommodating. It doesn’t matter the request- if you want it, they can make it happen. I could not have been happier with the experience and the service that we received and I would HIGHLY recommend this to anybody visiting Cabo in the future. Expensive, but worth every last cent we paid. Thank you so much for such an amazing weekend!!! 10/10.

Beautiful home and excellent staff. Great location, 7 minutes from the beach. I highly recommend letting them purchase your groceries before arrival. The driver was great as well, recommended by the concierge. Can’t wait to come back.

I never want to travel to another Airbnb that isn’t at this level ever again!! The house is beautiful in person, luxury five stars all around. I was there for a 30th birthday trip with a group of 12 and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
The staff were so attentive, the chefs made delicious meals and the cleaner made sure we didn’t lift a finger and we were so appreciative of how wonderful they were! The concierge was also so helpful in planning and made the experience feel like such a breeze. The only small down side was that there was construction happening at the house right next door so the loud sound of a jackhammer ruined the vibe for us on some days lol but that’s nothing in the owners control, even with that it was still an amazing experience and we will definitely want to stay again next time we visit Cabo!
