We had an incredible stay here with a group of 9 friends. The setup of the house was perfect for a larger group – especially since every bedroom had its own bathroom. It made everything so easy and no one felt like they got the short end of the stick.
The view was absolutely stunning. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching whales and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The pool was another major highlight – a beautiful spot to relax, hang out, and take in the ocean from the cliffside.
The chefs were outstanding. Every meal was delicious and truly elevated the experience for all of us. It was such a treat to come together around great food without having to worry about cooking or going out.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and memorable Cabo getaway.

Had a lovely stay with friends and family at Villa Lands End. Extremely accommodating and kind staff – excellent breakfast, lunch and dinners and daily maid service. The views from the house are unreal. Incredible whale-watching. Perfect hot tub and pool set up.

Best Experience Imaginable
We stayed here with a group one friends in July and were blown away with both the house and service.
First, the house is a perfect setup for large groups. Every seating area is quite large so it’s easy for all the guests to hang out in all the sections of the house. There are great communal places and great smaller spaces for some quiet time. The pool is a great size with an unimaginable view. Literally can’t be beat. There is not bad room and all come with their own attached bathrooms which eliminates the awkward situation where one person or couple gets stuck in the “worst” room.
The service is what really sets this place apart. The whole crew is there to take care of your every need and to make sure you’re enjoying your stay. They honestly anticipate your needs and are usually one step ahead of you. I’ve stayed at One and Only Palmilla and Las Ventanas and the service at this house is far beyond those. The food and drinks they make are top notch as well. Special shoutout to Kareem and Pepe. I cannot recommend this house strongly enough.
Some notes I would make would be to bring cash! We never use cash back in the States but cash was needed for the groceries and the dinner service which added up. It became a pain point that I wish we knew about before heading there.

Vale and Mike, the hosts, were wonderful! The house and views were absolutely spectacular. It worked perfectly for our large group, and the staff (bartenders + chefs), were so kind and accommodating with the few food allergies in the group. Truly amazing house. Highly recommend!
