1. Is the house staff included in the cost?Yes, the entire staff is included in the cost and available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. They can also be available for extended hours or during the evening/night for a small fee.
2. Do we need to do our own grocery shopping?No, simply provide a list, and the staff will handle everything. Guests only need to pay for the cost of groceries/items requested.

Check-in & Check-out:

- Check-out: Before 12:00 pm
- Self Check-in: Smart lock available for convenience
During Your Stay:
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Additional Rules:
- Noise Policy: Pedregal enforces a no-noise policy after 9 pm. No loud outside music is permitted.
- Supervision Requirement: All children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Rental Liability & Damage Waiver: Guests must sign the Villa Lands End rental liability/damage waiver and provide a valid ID and credit card.
- Event Restrictions: No events and parties are allowed without the owner’s approval. The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the Rental Agreement.
- Community Rules: Guests are expected to follow all community rules, including noise ordinances and respect for security personnel.
- Damage Reporting: Any existing damages must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

We had the most amazing trip here! The hosts were the best, and the food and drinks were incredible. Everyone was so responsive and made us feel right at home. We appreciated the quick action when we needed more groceries. The cleaning service came every morning and was impeccable. The views were amazing, and the service was outstanding. Beautiful location with incredibly attentive staff who were highly flexible to address our needs. House is simply spectacular with views that can’t be beat. Well situated with short walks to a beautiful (non-swimming) beach and into town (note that the house is on a cliff so the walk back is strenuous). Highly recommend!

The house was great with amazing views!! The staff was always on top of things and fun to be around. The food was delicious, and we thought the meals were spot on. The staff definitely made us feel welcome and made us want to come back to the same location next time.
