- Noise Policy: Pedregal enforces a no-noise policy after 9 pm. No loud outside music is permitted.
- Supervision Requirement: All children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Rental Liability & Damage Waiver: Guests must sign the Villa Lands End rental liability/damage waiver and provide a valid ID and credit card.
- Event Restrictions: No events and parties are allowed without the owner’s approval. The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the Rental Agreement.
- Community Rules: Guests are expected to follow all community rules, including noise ordinances and respect for security personnel.
- Damage Reporting: Any existing damages must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

An unforgettable trip! The home was as advertised, with amazing views and amenities. The staff was always willing to go above and beyond and made our group feel right at home. Their energy was infectious, and their hospitality was top-notch. Shout out to the whole team! The meals prepared in-house were unique, creative, and delicious. They helped coordinate everything from transportation to restaurant reservations and even arranged for a mariachi band to perform for us at the house for an hour! I highly recommend this location and this staff!

We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The villa is in a beautiful and safe gated community that is only a 6-minute drive from restaurants, bars, and shops. The views from the villa were breathtaking. The chefs prepared a delicious dinner for us two nights during our stay, as well as breakfast every morning. The food was amazing and served as if we were at a 5-star restaurant. The concierge was great—very accommodating and helpful with everything we needed for our stay. The cleaning staff was quick and efficient! We will definitely be back in the future!
