1. Is the house staff included in the cost?Yes, the entire staff is included in the cost and available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. They can also be available for extended hours or during the evening/night for a small fee.

During Your Stay:
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Additional Rules:
- Noise Policy: Pedregal enforces a no-noise policy after 9 pm. No loud outside music is permitted.
- Supervision Requirement: All children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Rental Liability & Damage Waiver: Guests must sign the Villa Lands End rental liability/damage waiver and provide a valid ID and credit card.
- Event Restrictions: No events and parties are allowed without the owner’s approval. The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the Rental Agreement.
- Community Rules: Guests are expected to follow all community rules, including noise ordinances and respect for security personnel.
- Damage Reporting: Any existing damages must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

PERFECT FAMILY VACATION! The concierge was amazing from the first contact, making suggestions on transportation and offering to coordinate everything. They even took care of a reservation for us at Flora Farms and provided a sample menu plan from other guests to help us with our grocery decisions. The chefs pampered us at every meal—just watch out for those creative “pours” if you’re pacing yourself! We added two dinners, and they truly outdid themselves. I highly suggest the breakfast burritos, tuna ceviche, homemade guacamole, and if you do a dinner… lobster! With 16 people for a family vacation/celebration, three housekeepers were assigned to the home each morning. They were friendly, thorough, and accommodated our sleep schedules with their service. The home’s view is unbeatable and made taking offsite excursions a difficult decision. Traveling in December, we enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets from the balconies and patios.

Enormous house with absolutely incredible views! The concierge set up in-villa massages and restaurant reservations and was responsive to all our needs. Every sparkling clean room in the house had fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean. We were greeted with delicious homemade quesadillas, guacamole, and margaritas upon arrival. The staff was by far the best part of our stay! The bartender kept the drinks flowing and has some impressive bartending skills. The chefs prepared a fabulous breakfast and lunch each day. We enjoyed two delicious “at home” dinners during our stay—a taco feast with beef, chicken, fish, and shrimp tacos, and a surf and turf night—wow! The concierge also booked a private catamaran tour for us, which was the best excursion we have ever done in Cabo, featuring amazing whale watching, snorkeling, dancing, and a yummy lunch. The hot tub heater broke, but they were quick to get a new heater installed within a couple of days. It was a WONDERFUL TRIP!

Incredible home and excellent hospitality from all members of the staff. The communication from the concierge, the chef, and his staff was superb. The house was impeccably clean, making for a lovely experience! It was everything you could possibly imagine for a wonderful vacation to celebrate a fabulous birthday! I would highly recommend this home if you want a truly one-of-a-kind experience!
