During Your Stay:
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Additional Rules:
- Noise Policy: Pedregal enforces a no-noise policy after 9 pm. No loud outside music is permitted.
- Supervision Requirement: All children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Rental Liability & Damage Waiver: Guests must sign the Villa Lands End rental liability/damage waiver and provide a valid ID and credit card.
- Event Restrictions: No events and parties are allowed without the owner’s approval. The number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in the Rental Agreement.
- Community Rules: Guests are expected to follow all community rules, including noise ordinances and respect for security personnel.
- Damage Reporting: Any existing damages must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

Incredible home and excellent hospitality from all members of the staff. The communication from the concierge, the chef, and his staff was superb. The house was impeccably clean, making for a lovely experience! It was everything you could possibly imagine for a wonderful vacation to celebrate a fabulous birthday! I would highly recommend this home if you want a truly one-of-a-kind experience!

Had the best family vacation! There were 12 of us, so we used the chefs for all three meals. They were fabulous! The staff was very helpful in setting up the transportation and the fishing charter. I highly recommend this home; it was kept very clean and had more than enough room for everyone.

Cabo Connections… What an amazing team! The group was so welcoming from Day 1, with constant and attentive communication throughout the entire stay, no matter what time of day! They had great recommendations and always made sure we had meals each morning and afternoon, letting us know if we were running low on anything.
To the most attentive and nicest staff I have ever been around! They worked so hard and ensured the kitchen was always clean while food and drinks were always coming. They went above and beyond to take care of anything we needed, always smiling and being polite, doing everything with pleasure. This team deserves to be staff of the year.
Finally, the maid service spent hours mopping and cleaning bathrooms, doing such a great job. They were so sweet and nice, even folding our dirty clothes like a 5-star hotel! Beds were always made, and bathrooms were pristine with fresh towels.
THANK YOU, CABO CONNECTIONS! You truly have a 6-star staff who made the best of things even when they were out of their control. I will miss all of these wonderful team members!

Worth every penny. Perhaps my best-ever Airbnb experience. The house is insane—perfect for a big group. The concierge is great, housekeeping is always on its A game, and the chefs are simply incredible. This might be the best food you’ll ever eat. If you’re hesitant about spending extra for this experience, trust me: Cabo Connections is an A player in the hospitality game. You will have the time of your life!
